Grains futures, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain prices were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 0.50 cent to $8.57 a bushel; March corn fell 1.25 cent to $7.5075 a bushel; March oats were flat at $3.85 a bushel; while January soybeans rose 10.50 cents to $14.66 a bushel.

Beef futures and pork futures were also mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.30 cent to $1.2985 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 0.20 cent to $1.4577 a pound; while February lean hogs fell 0.17 cent to 85.35 cents a pound.
