OMAHA, Neb. - Farmers National Company recently was named Top Real Estate Auction Company in the US by The Land Report: The Magazine of the American Landowner.

The award is based on a yearly survey of the nation’s largest real estate auction companies. Farmers National Company ranked first in The Land Report’s 2012 survey of the nation’s top 30 auction houses with $450 million in land auctioned off during the previous year. Farmers National Company also received this award in 2011.

Farmers National Company has sold more than 3,000 farms and ranches and completed 850 successful auctions resulting in over $1.7 billion in sales over the last five years. The company completed nearly 220 successful auctions of more than 60,000 acres in 2011.
