Grains futures mostly rise, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly rose in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 6 cents to $6.6825 a bushel; March corn rose 5.75 cents to $6.48 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.2775 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 6 cents to $12.38 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell 0.07 cent to $1.2850 a pound; March feeder cattle rose 0.05 cent to $1.5505 a pound; while April lean hogs fell 0.40 cent to 88.70 cents a pound.
