Grain futures mostly rise, beef prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain prices mostly rose Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery rose 1 cent to $7.93 a bushel; March corn rose 1.50 cent to $7.0350 a bushel; March oats were flat at $3.6475 a bushel; while January soybeans rose 3.25 cents to $14.34 a bushel.
Beef futures fell, while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle fell 0.37 cent to $1.3320 a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.20 cent to $1.5195 a pound; February lean hogs added 0.40 cent to 87.30 cents a pound.
