"Norm will provide us with an update on the latest threats to irrigation canals, drains, infrastructure and water rights," Neibling said. "He will also speak about the outlook for Clean Water Act regulations, guidance and litigation which threaten future irrigation water delivery and use."

The event is part of the Idaho Irrigation Equipment Show and Conference and is free and no registration is required.
