Templeton, California-February 27, 2012. Templeton FFA members Kayla Hildebrand and Sierra Bryant recently participated in a two day Regional Officer screening process at San Luis Obispo High School.
Kayla and Sierra interviewed against 40 other candidates for the 11 coveted leadership positions. Kayla Hildebrand was slated for Regional Vice President and Sierra Bryant was slated for Regional Sentinel. Both members will deliver candidacy speeches at the Spring Regional Meeting in King City on March 16th. If elected, Kayla and Sierra will represent the South Coast Region FFA, which extends from the Southern San Jose area to Northern Los Angeles, during the 2012-2013 school year. Their duties will include hosting leadership conferences and promoting agriculture in the region.
