Boots & Bounty is back with food, fun and country music for a good cause

Published 7:12 am Thursday, January 4, 2024

Line dance lessons at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, will help folks get ready for Outlaw Shine’s country music.

Boots & Bounty is back at the Northwest Ag Show.

The barn dance and barbecue offers the best toe-tapping music and finger-lickin’ good food around.

Better yet, the proceeds from the silent auction will go to everyone’s favorite worthy cause — the Oregon FFA.

The doors open at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at Columbia Hall of the Oregon State Fair and Expo Center in Salem.

At 6:30, Outlaw Shine, a country band from Eugene, will take to the stage offering their unique brand of music, complete with line dance instruction — for those who might need to brush up a bit.

Once the music gets underway, there’s the main course, literally. At 7:30, dinner is served.

McKillip’s Catering of St. Paul will be on hand when you’re in the mood for food. They offer the best barbecue in the valley. They cook everything fresh on site, and will be sure to please even the most finicky barbecue aficionado.

Tickets are $28 and are available at Northwestagshow.com.
