Lamb Weston on Nov. 30 expanded its Eagle, Idaho, headquarters by occupying an adjacent 13,700 square-foot building.

The supplier of frozen potato products has been expanding its headquarters since spinning off from Conagra Brands in November 2016. Lamb Weston employs 150 people in a 33,000-square-foot building where remodeling was completed last February and 45 in the new space. Both buildings are on Rivershore Lane.

The expansion space includes a 1,000-square-foot commercial kitchen, where Lamb sales teams and customers can create menu items that align with customer demands, Communications Manager Tammy Barry said.

“It’s a benefit the sales team can offer to their customers, a location to actually taste the product, discuss their needs and create menu items,” she said.

Lamb in 2016 created an Innovation Center in Richland, Wash., which includes conference space, training rooms and a full-scale commercial kitchen. The additional kitchen in Eagle aims to increase convenience for local customers, Barry said.
