Oregon Pasture Network Winter Classes-Educational Series (virtual): 6:30-8 a.m. From January through March, on Thursdays, we are bringing advanced education and technical resources to our members and to the public community of pasture based farmers. The Winter Class Series begins Thursday, Jan. 19, and concludes on Thursday, March 9. This year, we’re addressing some of our farmers’ most pressing issues, including but not limited to meat quality and on-farm butchery, increased pasture nutrition, drought-tolerant pasture varieties, livestock emergency veterinary care, succession planning, successfully running a pastured poultry business and predator control and soil health.
