Domestic wool trading had no confirmed trades reported this week. This report will be unavailable due to the upcoming holidays and Australia’s annual three-week Christmas recess. The next available report will be Jan. 17.

National Sheep Summary

Dec. 27

Compared to last week, slaughter lambs mostly steady to 20.00 higher. Slaughter ewes steady to 10.00 higher. Feeder lambs 14.00-18.00 lower. At San Angelo, TX 8,257 head sold in a two day sale. No sales in Equity Cooperative Auction. 3,576 lamb carcasses traded with no trend due to confidentiality. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless specified.

Due to the holidays this report will not be issued for the next two weeks. The next report will be issued Jan. 10.
