Letter: Global warming part of a cycle

Regarding the June 14 opinion piece supporting the 2020 Clean Energy Bill.

We all are experiencing the effects of global warming/climate control but are being presented information that scientists have re-researched and found falsifications.

This global warming/climate control was presented and furthered by Al Gore with his claims of melting poles, flooding etc. This presented opportunities for him as he collaborated with two friends to form a corporation (related to) climate control, the green movement and sustainability.

The evidence for global warming/climate control presented to the public was re-researched and falsification was found by scientists. In order to alert the public to this untruth 31,000 scientists and engineers sent the following petition to Congress:

“We urge the U.S. Congress to reject the global warming agreement in 12/97 in Kyoto and any other such proposals. The limitation on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder advancement of science and technology and damage the health and welfare of mankind. There is no convincing science that human release of carbon dioxide, methane or other greenhouse gases is causing or will in the near future cause catastrophic heating of the earth, its atmosphere and disruption of the earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial evidence atmospheric carbon dioxide provides many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environment.”

Scientific evidence has revealed evidence of global warming occurring in prehistoric time and in ice samples, leading to a consensus that opinion global warming is a cyclical occurrence.

We experience hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. We know they will occur. We can’t stop them. We are all entitled to our own opinions, but by researching we might avoid a future problem.
