California shell egg prices

Benchmark prices are steady. Next week’s asking prices are 122 cents higher for Jumbo, Extra Large, and Large, 112 cents higher for Medium and Small. The undertone remains higher. Retail and food service movement is in a range of moderate to good. Supplies are light to moderate. Offerings are very light to light. Market activity is moderate to active. Small benchmark pricing is $3.24.
