Benchmark prices are steady. Next week’s asking prices are 78 cents higher for Jumbo and Extra Large and Large, 20 cents higher for Medium and Small. The undertone is firm. Retail and food service demand ranges light to fairly good. Offerings are light. Supplies are light to instances fully adequate. Market activity is moderate to active. Small benchmark pricing is $5.95.
