Oregon Farm Bureau is Northwest Ag Show title sponsor

The Oregon Farm Bureau is the title sponsor for the 2025 Northwest Ag Show.

The 55th annual show will be conducted Jan. 15-17 at the Oregon State Fair and Expo Center in Salem.

“We are honored to welcome Oregon Farm Bureau as a sponsor to the show,” show director Joe Beach said.

Major sponsors for the 2025 show include Kubota, Northwest Hazelnut, Ernst Irrigation, Irrigation King, Energy Trust of Oregon, the Oregon Department of Energy, AgWest Farm Credit, and the Oregon NRCS.

The keynote speaker for the show will be Kait Thornton. Thornton is known as the “Apple Girl” on social media.

She shares information about the apple- and pear-growing process throughout the year, reaching 483,000 followers on TikTok (@apple.girl.kait) and Instagram (@applegirlkait).

The annual Boots and Bounty barn dance and barbecue will benefit the Oregon FFA, and will feature food by McKillip’s Catering and music by Outlaw Shine.

The show will offer four core credits from Oregon and Washington state OSHA in morning and afternoon sessions on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in Cascade Hall.

The Oregon Dairy Princess and Ambassadors will distribute Tillamook cheese and milk products at the show on Wednesday, Jan. 15.

Four classes/four credits are available in sessions that run from 8 a.m. to noon and repeat from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. There is no charge, and participants can register at the door.

Admission to the show is free, though there is a $5 fee for parking.

The Northwest Ag Show is owned and managed by Capital Press.
